1. The service
NicheWright provides research for active monthly members and a workspace for invited operators handling listing drafts and original product photos. Studio listing packages are prepared from the seller's real photos; physical products are not AI-generated or regenerated. Use of the workspace is subject to these terms.
2. Accounts
Sign in with the Google account on your active paid membership or operator invitation. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. Workspace access & service requests
Starter, Growth and Catalog include niche discovery, extension product research and A/B/C assessments during the active paid period, alongside their separate monthly SEO and gallery delivery allowances. Fresh searches require the connected desktop Chrome extension and follow its existing page allowance. The founder activates membership after verifying actual manual payment and records its start and end dates. A request or Google login does not activate a paid plan. The one-product Pilot does not include subscription access or convert automatically. See Studio service requests for prices and the manual order process.
4. Cancellation & refunds
Billing, cancellation and refunds follow the public service terms and your confirmed order. Contact Studio before the next renewal to cancel; the paid period remains available. Settings shows the recorded end date and delivery allowances. Access ends when the membership expires or is revoked; contact Studio to review or renew access. Renewals require verified payment. There is no automatic checkout or overage charge in the workspace.
5. Your Etsy shop
NicheWright does not connect to your Etsy shop. It cannot create, change or publish anything in it, and it never asks for access to it. A finished listing is handed to you as a copy-ready package — title, tags, description and images — which you paste into Etsy yourself. You remain responsible for your listings and for following Etsy's own policies; NicheWright is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy.
6. What we do and don't promise
We show real marketplace signals and clearly mark anything we could not measure — we do not invent sales figures, search volumes, or trends. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, revenue, or any specific result; those depend on your product, market, and execution. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
7. Third-party services
Google provides workspace sign-in. Operator-requested AI drafts and generated backdrops may use configured providers; these do not regenerate the physical product. Browser research reads publicly visible marketplace pages through the connected browser. Your use of connected services is also subject to their terms. 8. Changes & contact
