Workspace accounts and membership

Google sign-in provides your account identity and email. We use your email to match an operator invitation or paid membership. Membership records contain the plan, access dates, status and a reference to the payment verified by the founder. We do not collect card details in this app. Research observations are associated with your workspace account to provide your research results and assessments. Contact the address below to discuss access, correction or deletion of your information.

What the extension does

The NicheWright Observer reads the content of Etsy and supplier pages you open, or request through the workspace, in your own browser — cart counts, 24-hour purchase counts, seller badges, sponsored placement, and the product details of an item you choose to save. It sends that reading to the NicheWright server address you configure, so the app can score markets and build product drafts from signals that only appear on the page itself.

What it collects

  • Publicly displayed data on Etsy/supplier pages you are actively viewing (listing text, prices, cart and badge indicators, images).
  • The server address and access token you enter in the extension's options — stored only in your browser's local extension storage.

Where your data goes

Only to the server address you set (your own NicheWright account). The extension does not send data to anyone else, and there are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services inside it.

What it does not do

  • Workspace research and automatic discovery can open supported pages in your connected browser. Collection respects the browser's page allowance and verification pauses.
  • Your Etsy passwords and session cookies are not sent to NicheWright. Your configured workspace connection token authenticates the captured readings.
  • The extension does not sell captured data or transmit it to advertising services.
  • No bypassing of a site's protections; it reads only what your own session already renders.

Your control

The extension only runs on the sites listed in its permissions and only sends data while a matching page is open. You can stop it at any time by removing the extension from chrome://extensions, which deletes its stored settings.
